Context
NPDC commissioned Mcafan to design and execute a presidential commissioning event for dual venues in Ologbo, Edo State: the Oredo Integrated Gas Handling Facility and the LPG Storage and Processing facilities. The event was designed under strict COVID-19 compliance protocols and broadcast live across multiple platforms.
The Challenge
Presidential events demand precision choreography, narrative coherence, and flawless logistics. COVID-19 protocols added complexity. The dual-venue format required a seamless broadcast experience conveying national significance.
Our Approach
Mcafan designed a four-act execution framework structured from pre-arrival through commissioning, facility tours, and post-event broadcast. Every element was mapped against the narrative of Nigerian energy infrastructure coming of age.
